What is EQUIMED 250 (Boldenone Undecylenate)?
EQUIMED 250 is Equipoise, the slow bulking compound people run when they want size that arrives gradually and stays.
Also sold as Equipoise, EQ or boldenone undecylenate.
Boldenone is a testosterone derivative with a double bond that makes it far milder. It aromatises at roughly half testosterone's rate, so estrogen is manageable rather than absent, and it is best known for two side effects that people actively want: a sharp increase in appetite, and a rise in red blood cell count that shows up as better endurance.
EQUIMED 250 benefits
- Steady, lean gains rather than the rapid weight a stronger compound puts on
- A noticeable increase in appetite, which is the point during a bulk
- Higher red blood cell count, which most people feel as improved endurance
- Mild enough on side effects to run for the long cycles it needs
- 250mg per ampoule, so one ampoule is a clean half of a common weekly dose
EQUIMED 250 dosage
- Beginner
- 400mg per week
- Intermediate
- 400 to 600mg per week
- Advanced
- 600 to 800mg per week
- Run alongside
- Testosterone as the base
- Frequency
- Once or twice weekly
- Half-life
- About 14 days
- Cycle length
- 16 to 20 weeks
One ampoule is 250mg, so 500mg a week is two ampoules split across two injections.
Short cycles waste this compound entirely. The ester is slow and boldenone is mild, so a twelve-week run is mostly spent waiting for it to start.

Who is EQUIMED 250 for?
People running long bulking cycles who want steady gains rather than rapid ones, and anyone who struggles to eat enough, since the appetite increase is the most reliable thing boldenone does.
The ampoule format keeps each dose sealed until use. Astera Labs sells the same compound at 300mg/ml in a vial, which is less volume for the same dose.
How to use EQUIMED 250
Intramuscular injection, once or twice weekly. Rotate between glutes, quads and delts. The injection technique guide covers the technique.
Frequently asked questions
How long does boldenone take to work?
Longer than almost anything else. The undecylenate ester is slow and boldenone itself is mild, so most people see nothing meaningful before week six and judge it properly around week ten.
That is why boldenone cycles run sixteen to twenty weeks. Running it for twelve is running it for the part where it has not started yet.
Does boldenone really increase appetite?
For most people, markedly. It is one of the few side effects people run a compound for rather than despite, and it is the reason boldenone turns up in bulking cycles for anyone who struggles to eat enough.
It is not universal. A minority report no change at all, and a few find it goes the other way.
Why does it raise red blood cell count?
Boldenone stimulates erythropoiesis more strongly than most anabolics. More red blood cells means more oxygen carried, which is why endurance often improves noticeably.
The flip side is thicker blood. Haematocrit and haemoglobin are the markers to watch, and this is the compound where ignoring them has consequences.
How long does boldenone stay detectable?
Exceptionally long. The undecylenate ester and boldenone's own metabolites have been detected many months after the last injection, in some cases beyond a year.
If you are tested at any level, boldenone is one of the two or three compounds to think hardest about, alongside nandrolone.
Do I need an aromatase inhibitor with it?
Often, but less than with testosterone. Boldenone aromatises at roughly half testosterone's rate, so the estrogen load from the boldenone itself is modest.
In practice the testosterone you run alongside it is doing most of the aromatising, so the decision usually comes down to that rather than to the boldenone.
